SKIN CARE SERVICES

These procedures include: Microneedling, Chemical Peels, Intraceutical Oxygen Facials

Microneedling

Microneedling (also known as Collagen Induction Therapy or CIT) At Jen Medical Aesthetics we use SkinPen by Crown Aesthetics. SkinPen is the First FDA cleared micro-needling device on the market. In as few as three minimally invasive treatments spaced 30 days apart, you can improve your appearance and step out with confidence.

Microneedling treatment is used to:
  • Improve skin tone and texture
  • Reduce pigmentation
  • Diminish the look of scarring, including acne scars and stretchmarks

How does It work?

It creates thousands of microchannels that stimulate your body’s natural wound healing process, while minimizing cellular damage. This rejuvenates your skin from the inside out. The body recognizes this controlled injury and works to heal the area, building collagen and elastin.

This procedure has little down time which is perfect for those with a busy schedule.

It can be performed with certain serums, like hyaluronic acid to hydrate and plump, or skin lighteners, or incorporated with PRP or PRF.

Chemical Peels

Chemical Peels

Improve and smooth your skin texture by removing the outermost layers. At Jen Medical Aesthetics we offer the Perfect Derma Peel to fit various skin types.

The Perfect Derma Peel

The Perfect Derma Peel is a medical grade peel. Safe and effective for all skin types and ethnicities. The treatment is so gentle it can be used to treat delicate areas on the face. Such as the under-eye area. The peel will reduce hyperpigmentation, improve sun damage, diminish scaring and help with acne scarring.

How does It work?

People typically peel days 2-5 after application. During this time, it is important to protect your skin from the sun and not pick or peel at your skin.

It is recommended that you get a series of 3 peels over a 3–4-month time frame for best results.

Intraceutical Oxygen Facial

What Makes the Intraceuticals® Oxygen Facial Different Than Any Other?

Unlike other oxygen facials, which atomize or spray oxygen on the skin, the Intraceuticals® Topical Hyperbaric Oxygen System uses therapeutic oxygen under hyperbaric pressure to infuse a special serum of modified hyaluronic acid, essential vitamins, botanicals, antioxidants and amino peptides to the skin. In short, the facts that it drastically rehydrates and plumps up skin in less than an hour  sets this treatment apart from any other on the market.

Intraceutical Oxygen Facial
  • Instant visible results
  • Deep hydration that provides volume and definition
  • Firms, lifts, and improves overall texture and tone
  • Helps stimulates collagen and elastin activity
  • Dramatically reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles
  • Comforts dry, sensitive, or stressed skin
  • Provides an immediate increase in skin radiance and glow

Intraceuticals® Infusions are formulated to target dry, dehydrated and prematurely aging skin, sensitive skin, sensitized skin, sun damage, brown spots, fine lines, wrinkles, uneven skin texture, post-inflammatory pigmentation, and problem-prone skin conditions. All that to say, most skin conditions can benefit from a treatment.

For best results, I recommend getting one treatment every 1-2 weeks for 6 sessions, followed by one every 4-6 weeks for maintenance. The Oxygen Facial is also an ideal treatment 1-3 days before a big event because it hydrates and primes the skin for even makeup application.
